ten : an anniversary

In September 2025, albertz benda will debut a major exhibition in celebration of the gallery’s 10th anniversary, a milestone we are thrilled to mark with a project that reflects the depth and evolution of our program.

Over the past decade, albertz benda has cultivated a distinctive vision, championing artists across disciplines, geographies, and generations. This anniversary exhibition will honor that spirit through newly created works developed in close dialogue with participating artists. Each contribution will reflect the core of the artist’s practice and their ongoing relationship with the gallery.

Curated by co-founders Thorsten Albertz and Marc Benda, the exhibition will reflect on formative moments in the gallery’s history while offering a perspective towards its future. In the context of the gallery space, the works on view will embody the values that have shaped albertz benda over the past ten years: curiosity, experimentation, and enduring collaboration.
